Riter-Byers Group was founded by James Agens and Andrew Gergley with a shared love for creativity, connection and bringing good ideas to life. With backgrounds spanning marketing, communications, events and community engagement, we created RB to be a little different—a creative partner that can see the big picture while still caring about every detail.
Our work goes beyond the brands we serve. We’re both actively involved in our community through advocacy, fundraising, nonprofit work and events, and we believe the best work creates meaningful connections between people. Whether we’re developing a brand, producing an event, creating a campaign or supporting a cause we care about, relationships are always at the center of what we do.
